The QoreDB website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (hetzner.com). The server in use is located in the Nuremberg data centre (Germany, European Union). Domain name management (DNS), content delivery and attack protection are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (cloudflare.com). Website data is therefore hosted within the European Union. Technical processing carried out by Cloudflare outside the European Union relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

All payments for QoreDB licences (Pro, Team) are processed by Stripe, a payment service provider operated in Europe by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland).

• no card data ever transits through or is stored on QoreDB servers,

• checkout, invoicing and subscription management are handled by Stripe (Stripe Checkout and Stripe Billing),

• invoices are issued on behalf of the Raphaël Plassart micro-enterprise and made available by Stripe.

As the business operates under the French VAT exemption scheme for small businesses, displayed prices do not include VAT (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

All content available on the QoreDB website, including:

• texts,

• documentation,

• blog articles,

• graphic elements,

• visual identity,

• the QoreDB name, logo and trademark,

is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. The QoreDB source code is distributed under an open core model, with a dual licence:

• the core of the software is published under the Apache 2.0 licence,

• a set of advanced (Premium) features is published under the Business Source License 1.1.

Details are given in the Licence section below. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation of the protected content, beyond the rights granted by those licences, is strictly prohibited.

QoreDB makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information disseminated on the site. However, the project cannot be held responsible for:

• errors or omissions,

• temporary unavailability of the site,

• direct or indirect damages related to the use of the site or software.

Use of QoreDB is under the sole responsibility of the user.

The QoreDB site may contain links to third-party sites. QoreDB exercises no control over these sites and declines all responsibility regarding their content or practices.

QoreDB is distributed under an open core model, with a dual licence:

• Core — Apache License 2.0: free to use, modify, redistribute and use commercially, royalty-free, subject to the standard attribution obligations.

• Premium — Business Source License 1.1: source-available, free for personal and internal business use, no competing commercial offering allowed. Each release automatically converts to the Apache 2.0 licence four years after its publication.
